“At first there was some confusion because the Expedia booking could not be found. After some back and forth we got a room after all. Unfortunately a smoking room without WLAN (that's just the way it is).
The breakfast was poor and we had to pay extra for the coffee. This was by far our worst hotel on our 14-day trip through Azerbaijan. Only the staff were extremely friendly.”

“The welcome from Elmi was great. However, after this, several things did not go well. The first day we were there, room service was very slow. On the 2nd day it improved. In the evening, music was blasting from the 1st floor of the hotel that could be heard on the 4th floor. We informed hotel staff, yet they did not do anything for an entire HOUR until midnight, when we contacted Elmi directly, who was able to help us and the music finally stopped. Loud talking was heard outside of our hotel...
